Section 1 — General Terms

By accessing and using the mmk444 platform ("Service"), the player is considered to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all these terms and related policies. This agreement is a legally binding contract between the player and mmk444.

The Services include live casino games, slots, sports betting including football betting, card games, and all other games on the platform. These services are provided by mmk444 and are intended for Myanmar players only.

1.1 Purpose of Service

mmk444 aims to provide a platform where Myanmar players can play games, deposit and withdraw funds, and access customer support. The Services are for entertainment and gaming purposes only and do not guarantee any income.

1.2 Language and Legal

These terms are written in Burmese. In the event of any conflict between language versions, the Burmese version takes precedence. Please note that it is the user's own responsibility to ensure compliance with any applicable laws.

Section 2 — Player Eligibility and Age Restriction

To use mmk444, the player must meet the following requirements—

• Must be 21 years of age or older,
• Must be located in a place where using mmk444 is permitted by law,
• Must open only one account in their own name,
• Must not be under self-exclusion,
• Must access the platform for the purpose of playing with their own money.

mmk444 may verify any player's eligibility at any time, and if a discrepancy is found, that account may be suspended.

Section 3 — Account Registration and Management

To access the full Services, the player must register an account with mmk444. Accurate personal information must be provided during registration, and providing incorrect information may result in immediate account closure.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each player is allowed to hold only one account at mmk444. If multiple accounts are found, the second and any additional accounts will be closed, and funds and bonuses in those accounts may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

• The player must keep their account password confidential.
• No one else must be allowed to use your account — whether a family member or a friend.
• If your personal information changes, it must be updated immediately.
• If you suspect any unauthorised access, contact customer support immediately.

3.3 Account Verification

mmk444 may verify a player's personal information for various reasons. If any irregularities are found during verification, mmk444 may temporarily suspend withdrawals and conduct an investigation. The player will only regain withdrawal access once they can prove their details are correct.

Section 4 — Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

mmk444 provides deposit and withdrawal services in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. Payment terms are outlined below.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: 5,000 Ks (for any method).
• Deposits will be processed according to Myanmar Standard Time (MMT, UTC+6:30).
• Only payment methods owned by the player themselves may be used for deposits.
• mmk444 will not accept payments from third parties, and if such a payment is found, the funds will be returned and the account may be investigated.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: 10,000 Ks.
• After a withdrawal request is accepted, it will normally be processed within 10–45 minutes.
• Withdrawals are not allowed until the bonus wagering requirement is met — see Section 5 for details.
• Withdrawals from accounts that have not completed verification (KYC) may be suspended.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used to deposit.

Section 5 — Bonus and Promotion Policy

All bonuses and promotions offered by mmk444 are subject to both the policy set out in this Section 5 and the specific terms stated for each individual bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Players who make their first deposit at mmk444 will receive a bonus of 100% of the deposit amount, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks.

• Bonus wagering: the bonus amount must be wagered 10× before a withdrawal can be made.
• Example 1: Deposit 20,000 Ks, receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 40,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 20,000 Ks × 10 = 200,000 Ks.
• Example 2: Deposit 220,000 Ks, receive the maximum bonus of 100,000 Ks, giving a balance of 320,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 100,000 Ks × 10 = 1,000,000 Ks.

5.2 VIP Program Cashback

Players who reach mmk444 VIP tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) will receive a weekly cashback bonus —

• Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 0.9% cashback per week
• Platinum — up to 1.2% cashback per week

5.3 Refer a Friend Bonus

Refer a friend to mmk444 and when they make their first deposit, you will receive 8% of that first deposit amount as a bonus, up to a maximum of 30,000 Ks per person. In addition, you will receive 0.1% of your referred players' valid bets as a commission, paid out once a week.

5.4 General Bonus Restrictions

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met — they can only be used for gameplay.
• When completing wagering requirements, the contribution rate may differ depending on the game. Check the specific game rules for details.
• If mmk444 finds that a player has attempted to claim a bonus through fraudulent means, the bonus will be voided and the account may be closed.
• Bonus offers are displayed in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) only. Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the applicable exchange rate.

Section 6 — Gameplay Rules

Games on the mmk444 platform use either Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealers, depending on the game type and format.

6.1 Fair Play

Games available on mmk444 are provided by game providers, and their outcomes are generated by an unpredictable process with no predetermined results. Each game result is independent and has no connection to previous rounds.

6.2 Technical Issues

• If a game is determined to be invalid due to a technical error (bug or glitch), mmk444 may void that round and return the wager.
• Issues caused by a loss of internet connection are the player's responsibility, and mmk444 cannot compensate for any losses related to such disconnections.
• If a game is interrupted unexpectedly, the outcome will be determined based on mmk444's server records.

6.3 Changes

mmk444 may remove or modify any game from the platform without prior notice. mmk444 is not responsible for any losses players may incur as a result of a game being removed.

Section 7 — Player Code of Conduct

Players must use mmk444 only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with fair and ethical conduct. The following actions are strictly prohibited—

• Opening more than one account to claim bonuses (Multi-accounting / Bonus Abuse),
• Exploiting server errors to place bets that cannot be settled (Exploitation of Bugs),
• Attempting to access another player's account without permission (Unauthorized Access),
• Carrying out fraudulent financial transactions (Fraudulent Transactions),
• Harassing or defaming customer service staff or other players,
• Using bots or automated tools to play (Automated Gameplay),
• Attempting to use the platform to move large sums of money (Money Laundering).

Section 8 — Account Suspension and Closure

mmk444 may suspend or close a player's account based on the following grounds—

• When a breach of these terms and conditions is detected,
• When a financial irregularity is found,
• At the player's own request (Self-Exclusion Request),
• When conduct contrary to the responsible gaming policy is detected,
• When required by law or regulatory directive.

8.1 Self-Exclusion

Regarding gaming control, a player may contact us via 24/7 Live Chat or [email protected] to have their account suspended. Once a self-exclusion period is confirmed, it cannot be changed during that period and the account can only be reopened after it expires.

8.2 Financial Transactions

Upon account closure, the player will be informed which funds can be returned and which will be forfeited. If the closure is due to a violation, bonuses and any pending bets may be forfeited.

Section 10 — Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, mmk444 is not liable for—

• A player's game losses (as game outcomes are random and beyond mmk444's control),
• Network connectivity disruptions and interruptions caused by third-party services,
• Account security issues arising from the player's own negligence,
• Force Majeure events — natural disasters, war, cyberattacks, or causes beyond mmk444's control.

While mmk444's liability is limited, it commits to maintaining the security of players' payment data to the best of its ability and will work to resolve any issues promptly if they arise.

Section 11 — Changes to Terms and Conditions

mmk444 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and will notify players of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes have been posted will be taken as the player's acceptance of those changes.
